As part of Wave’s offer to schools, why not join in with the Christmas festivities and take part in this year’s Lantern Procession?
Children from participating schools will make a lantern at school in a workshop led by our artist, Caroline Rackham, which they then carry in the procession from Falklands Square down the High Street and followed by carols and mince pies at The Guildhall.
IDEAL FOR INFANT/PRIMARY SCHOOLS
This year the procession takes place from 4pm on Thursday 8th December
Participating schools need to commit to taking part in the procession on that date.
Please let us know of your schools interest as soon as possible so we can organise dates.
