AUB opened the first drawing studio to be built in a UK art school for 100 years in 2016. It was designed by the AUB alumnus and globally renowned architect Professor Sir Peter Cook.
The CRAB Drawing Studio is his first building in the UK and winner of four prizes to date. We want to share our specialism and passion with you, giving you the opportunity to be creative in our purpose-built studios. From October to December 2016 we are running free drop-in drawing workshops on campus in the new CRAB Drawing Studio. This is also an opportunity for you to network, view exhibitions, visit Museum of Design in Plastics (MoDiP) and discover more about our courses whilst being creative … and there will be cake!
