Book an Artist

Do you want to enhance the cultural and arts education offer in your school? Wave offers a range of workshops for schools across the art forms, from drama to visual arts to dance. They can be tailored to particular topics or year groups. We can offer a similar service to early years and community settings.

We work with local or nationally-based artists with a strong reputation for high quality work in an education setting. All artists Wave arranges to go into schools have been DBS checked, have public liability insurance and have a track record of work in these type of settings.

Wave frequently offers subsidised workshops to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole based SoundStorm/Wave Member schools – this depends upon external funding (please contact us for detail and we can see if we are able to offer such help). Below are examples of the types of projects on offer, and a guide on price (before subsidies). We can develop a wide range of bespoke projects to meet school needs.

Contact us at if you would like to book a workshop; or want to discuss particular project requests for your school.

Please also see our ‘Creative Curriculum’ page for further project ideas tied to specific areas of the school curriculum.
